Day’s itinerary:

  • 10:30am Call for all musicians
  • 11:00am Downbeat for soundcheck
  • 12:00pm Catered lunch for musicians
  • 1:00pm Outreach Concert/Workshop
  • 3:00pm Clean-up/Tear-down
  • 3:30pm Musician pick-up
